Role Overview

National Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant/Beauty Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on health and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked to provide a welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Beauty Therapist (or similar) qualification.
