This role is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in change management to drive positive outcomes for an organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical implementation support, expert guidance, and capability building in change management practices. This includes applying the organisation's change management framework by assisting project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools to support project delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives transition smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes.
  • Contribute to change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and the development of communication strategies, training plans, and other supporting artefacts.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change activities.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in aged care or not-for-profit sectors.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience working through change or project lifecycle, including conducting stakeholder analysis, conducting change impact assessments and assessing organisational change readiness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with assessing change impact and developing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
