As a Residential Welcome Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial enquiry to admission. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely information, coordinating and managing customer records, and supporting smooth admissions into Residential Care Homes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing clear and concise advice to customers considering entry to residential services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, databases, and waitlists.
  • Provide regular updates to customers, stakeholders, and team members regarding resident placements.

Requirements:
  • Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and empathy with older people and their families.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or residential admissions an advantage.
