This 90-kilometre rail loop will link every major rail line from Frankston to Werribee via the airport, fostering a more connected and prosperous Victoria.
About the RoleAs the Executive Director, People and Culture, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a high-impact people strategy that supports the operational and strategic direction of the Suburban Rail Loop Authority.
You will work closely with the executive leadership team to deliver strategic advice on people-related matters and lead a high-performing people and culture function that aligns with the organisation's ambitions.
Critical to success in this role is your ability to develop initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace, strengthening the employee experience across all levels of the organisation.
About YouYou are an accomplished human resources executive with a strategic mindset and deep experience leading a high-quality human resources function in a complex organisation – ideally in infrastructure, construction, and/or government.
Your well-rounded skillset across strategic and operational priorities is underpinned by your systems-thinking approach, enabling you to quickly understand the operating landscape and 'hit the ground running'.
You are an exceptional generalist with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels, well-versed in employee relations matters with a focus on identifying practical solutions.
