The Suburban Rail Loop is a transformative project that will revolutionise Victoria's public transport system, connecting Melbourne's suburbs and driving growth in great places. This 90-kilometre rail loop will link every major rail line from Frankston to Werribee via the airport, enhancing connectivity and triggering investment in neighbourhoods associated with new stations.
About the RoleAs the Executive Director, People and Culture, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact people strategy that supports the operational and strategic direction of the Suburban Rail Loop Authority. You will deliver strategic advice on people-related matters and lead a superior people and culture function aligned with the organisation's ambitions.
About YouYou are an accomplished human resources executive with a strategic mindset and deep experience leading a high-quality human resources function in a complex organisation. You have a well-rounded skillset across strategic and operational priorities, with a systems-thinking approach that enables you to quickly understand the operating landscape. You are an exceptional generalist with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
