About The RoleThe Clinical Nurse Specialist position is a district-wide role providing leadership for clients with complex dementia care needs within the Western NSW Local Health District.
The Aged Care Division offers a range of clinical and non-clinical services across the district to support older people and their families, enabling them to remain supported at home.
The aged care teams are committed to advocacy, restorative care, and reablement to wellness and independence. The role involves working within a strong leadership team and adapting to challenges in a changing aged care environment influenced by health reforms and a growing patient population.
