
Strategic Planner and Operational Improvement Specialist

As a key member of our Planning and Performance Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the agency's strategic direction and operational effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of organisation-wide strategic priorities, aligning them with the agency's objectives.
This team is responsible for leading the process to define key objectives and priorities for the organisation, driving continuous improvement and prioritisation. You will work closely with other teams across the agency to ensure robust and relevant reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development of organisation-wide strategic priorities;
- Develop and maintain key operational strategies and plans;
- Drive performance oversight of operations to ensure delivery and improve organisation performance;
**Requirements:**
