Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced civil construction professional to lead a team on a large subdivision project in Ipswich.

  • Direct and supervise the day-to-day work operations and direct crews
  • Maintain high standards for quality and safety
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with company objectives related to reputation, service quality, OH&S, and environmental standards

About the Role

  • 9-10 hour shifts Monday to Friday
  • Lead a team with prior experience in civil construction, preferably across subdivision projects or similar (urban construction)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Current driver's license and Construction White Card
Requirements
  • Proven track record in supervising teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
