We are seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at the Active Monash leisure facilities. As an Aquatic Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising guests engaged in aquatic activities, ensuring a safe and secure venue for patrons, and providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications (Pool Lifeguard Award, Senior First Aid and CPR) and experience in Lifeguarding and supervising aquatic environments
  • Sound customer service skills and ability to respond to customer complaints
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively maintain control and concentration over a dynamic workplace
