Human Resources Transformation Leader

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Director to support and deliver on people transformation, organisational design, and project planning, specifically around a large acquisition and integration of the newly acquired business.
This is a newly created 8-12 month contract, with an immediate start for the right candidate, with 4-5 days required in the office. The head office is in Sydney's CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR programs and projects to support the integration of the newly acquired business.
- Lead change management and communications efforts to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Design and implement organisational structures and processes to support the merged entity.
- Provide strategic HR advice to the leadership team on people-related matters.
- Manage and coordinate project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR leadership, change management, and communications, specifically around mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of organisational design and development.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly adaptable and flexible.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000.
