HR Director - Transformation and Integration

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Director to support and deliver on people transformation, organisational design, and project planning, specifically around a large acquisition and integration of the newly acquired business.

This is a newly created 8-12 month contract, with an immediate start for the right candidate, with 4-5 days required in the office. The head office is in Sydney's CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR programs and projects to support the integration of the newly acquired business.
  • Lead change management and communications efforts to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Design and implement organisational structures and processes to support the merged entity.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the leadership team on people-related matters.
  • Manage and coordinate project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership, change management, and communications, specifically around mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of organisational design and development.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000.
