We're seeking an experienced Product Compliance Manager to join our APAC team, specifically supporting the Pacific region. This role will be embedded within the APAC Product Squad and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

As a key member of our Product Compliance team, you'll work closely with product teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met, while also driving business growth through innovative solutions. Your expertise will help us navigate complex regulatory landscapes and stay ahead of changing regulations.

About the Role

  • Create and improve our products to meet regulatory standards by collaborating with product teams, analyzing regulatory frameworks, and implementing effective controls.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory risks by understanding local regulatory expectations and working with second-line compliance and risk teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements to product teams, ensuring they develop compliant products and services.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of financial regulation and compliance, particularly in AU/NZ.
  • Proven experience in FinTech or a related field, preferably in AU/NZ, with a strong track record of meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with a natural ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
  • Legally authorized to work in Australia.
