About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, working in a Consumer Directed Care model to provide aged care, disability, and support services. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, household support, and assisting with daily activities, all while promoting a wellness and reablement approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to clients, including showering, bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with daily activities, such as shopping, transportation, and therapy services
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve client-directed goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to work autonomously in the community. You will also need to demonstrate empathy, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
