We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be part of a three year program that includes two to three job rotations, 1:1 technical mentoring, and unique professional and technical training programs.

As an Electrical Engineering Graduate, you will be eligible for both Facilities Engineering and Drilling & Completions Engineering Streams.

Facilities Engineering:

  • Delivering molecules from the wellbore to plant gate in a safe, reliable, and low-cost way.
  • Includes roles in integrity, reliability, production, surveillance, process control, operations, process safety, operations technology, and projects.

Drilling & Completions Engineering:

  • Preparing well designs, cost estimates, and detailed operational guidelines for new and existing wellbores to meet project objectives.
  • Supporting incident response, project management, field supervision, and cost/invoice review.
