About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Elders team on a permanent, full time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise proactive sourcing methods to find the best talent
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you

To succeed at Elders, you:

- Can think outside the box and come up with creative ways to attract and source talent.
- Have strong sourcing experience or the willingness to upskill
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, plus a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- You will be known for your amazing customer service skills, adapt easily to changing priorities, and have a continuous improvement approach to work.
