We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team in Northern NSW/Gold Coast. As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, we reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places and the planet.

The Role Overview
  • Promote industry visibility through networking activities.
  • Drive growth by identifying new recurring service business opportunities and develop strategies for closing deals.
  • Develop digitally enabled service products and work with local teams to support proposal and estimate development.
  • Establish strong client relationships to identify needs and priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations to negotiate contract terms and conditions.

This role requires exceptional customer-facing skills or experience as a salesperson with a hunting mindset.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills and ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • 5+ years' experience in HVAC, BMS or Security industries.
  • Demonstrate financial and business acumen with strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge and ability to embrace current industry technologies and digital service offerings.
  • Strong pipeline management and Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
