We're looking for a skilled Senior Sales professional to join our high-performing New Business team. This role involves driving growth across Australia, leveraging existing networks, and developing effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics industry and enterprise sales, as well as strong leadership capabilities and analytical skills. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company's future direction.

About the Role
  • Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and developing effective sales strategies
  • Develop a multi-sector pipeline of enterprise new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of your opportunity pipeline
  • Build robust relationships with potential clients and cross-functional knowledge of the eFM operating model
  • Prepare sales reports and manage the tender process of new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years' work experience in a comparable sales role and in logistics and supply chain management
  • Experience within a fast-paced and complex business environment
  • Solid track record of closing deals and managing complex sales processes
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to work autonomously
  • Self-motivated and a natural drive to excel
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
