Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

You will be responsible for developing and evaluating care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalized care plans.

In this role, you will also build trusting relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration and wound management
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in aged care or similar healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
