Lead a Dynamic Bar Team

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar. As the Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards, fostering a dynamic work environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the tone for your team with a hands-on approach
  • Oversee inventory management and handle F&B marketing/promotions
  • Train and develop team members to excel in their roles
  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations
Requirements:
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
  • Prior experience in managing a bar is essential
  • Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements
  • Strong understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
  • Experience with HACCP requirements
