Lead Bar Team

The ideal candidate will manage a team of bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operations.

This role involves leading by example with a hands-on approach. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day bar management, ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations are met.

  • Train and develop team members to achieve high-quality performance
  • Monitor weekly inventory and implement effective F&B marketing/promotions strategies

To succeed in this role, candidates should hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate. Previous experience in managing a bar is essential, as well as knowledge of licensed premises management requirements. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols, along with experience with HACCP requirements.
