Delaware North Australia is seeking an experienced Bars Manager to take charge of operations across our diverse and vibrant bar venues at Mindil Beach Casino Resort, Darwin's premier beachfront location.

Whether it's sunset cocktails at the Sandbar, a cold beer at the Sportsbar after dark, or exclusive service in our VIP Bar, Mindil Beach Casino Resort offers something for every guest and every occasion.

• Sportsbar – A lively, TAB-licensed venue open daily from 12pm to 4am.
• Sandbar – Ocean views and award-winning cocktails served from our stunning deck.
• Infinity – Sunbeds, an infinity pool, and all-day beach bites.
• Lagoon Bar – Sip and swim with tropical cocktails served poolside.

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws, food safety standards, and operational procedures
• Develop and implement innovative drink menus and promotions, and manage inventory and control costs to meet financial targets
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of outlet managers and bartenders to deliver exceptional guest service, cultivating a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture
• Monitor and analyse daily operational reports, providing actionable insights to senior management to enhance performance and guest satisfaction
• Engage with guests to anticipate needs, gather feedback, and continuously elevate the service experience

• Proven management experience in hospitality, preferably in bar operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of licensed premises requirements and liquor service protocols.
• Knowledge of HACCP, WHS, and food safety standards.
• RSA, RSG, and Food Safety certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a positive work culture.
• Skilled in cash handling, budgeting, and interpreting P&L statements.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and F&B systems.
• Experience in developing and executing bar promotions and marketing strategies.
