The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Health Representative to join our Oncology team in Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our innovative medicines to customers and making a real difference in the lives of patients.

What You Will Achieve:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on our products and disease states, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver on Pfizer business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research, and developments to ensure you are always providing the best possible support to customers.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Health, Science, or Business with a healthcare background.
  • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical experience, with a preference for oncology experience.
  • Strong customer engagement and sales skills, with the ability to work in a matrix environment and leverage multiple resources to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of the disease state and therapeutic areas, as well as products.
  • Deep knowledge of applicable customers and their needs.
  • Strategic account management skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and bring relevant information and resources to drive performance.
  • Superior relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, strategic thinking, data analytical skills, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
