Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of healthcare placement programs.

This pivotal role involves overseeing the full operational lifecycle, from program launch and recruitment coordination to workflow optimisation and quality assurance. Your leadership will ensure our placement initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards, creating a positive impact for both students and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing new healthcare placement programs that align with strategic goals and partner expectations.
  • Driving workflow efficiency through CRM optimisation and targeted training to support consistent system use across teams.
  • Overseeing student communications and engagement, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout the placement journey.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success to align workflows, allocate resources, and implement academic partner processes.
  • Championing scalable and sustainable operational practices that respond to evolving business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in Business or equivalent level of experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience in adult learning and adoption principles.
  • Understanding of CRM capabilities and field needs that pertain to it.
  • Familiarity with a range of data capture and reporting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding listening and comprehension skills.
