Drive business growth as a Strategic Retail Operations Manager.

Lead cross-functional projects to enhance store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency across our retail network.

  • Develop and execute project plans, manage scopes, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Mentor and develop skills in visual merchandising and store project management for a team of 6.
  • Support the rollout of new systems, technologies, and store formats, ensuring seamless communication between head office and store teams.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to evaluate project impact and ROI.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Retail Operations experience.
  • Prior project management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations and customer journey.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
