Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic legal secretary to join our client's highly regarded real estate and projects team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a leading national law firm, supporting at Partner level, with exposure to developments and the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial, residential, and retail properties.

As a key member of the team, you will have contact with a wide range of Australian and International clients. Your role will involve drafting, amending, reformatting, and collating documents, file management, diary management, assisting with client and third-party management, arranging meetings, conducting online searches, and monthly billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, amending, reformatting, and collating various documents
  • Managing files and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Providing administrative support for clients and third parties
  • Conducting online research and gathering information
  • Preparing and processing monthly invoices

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including further training opportunities, a well-being program, and social events.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a property legal secretary
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work ethic
