Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in Mackay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supply quality parts to external customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of service delivery while achieving sales targets.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure seamless delivery of parts to Hitachi's valued customers.
  • Support the Mackay Parts Supervisor in quality monitoring of our service deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and/or over the counter.
  • Update and maintain computer records using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Resolve invoicing and purchase order discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in spare parts interpreting within the heavy earthmoving/construction/transport industry.
  • High level of computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Dynamics being highly regarded.
  • Developed mechanical understanding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive response to problem resolution and delivering on customer expectations.
  • Resilience, professionalism, and enthusiasm to achieve desired business outcomes.
