Senior Enterprise Architect Role

This position requires an experienced and skilled senior enterprise architect to lead the development of strategic architectural solutions across business banking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business banking domain, extensive experience in driving strategic architecture outcomes, and proven expertise in architecture governance and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and maintaining enterprise architecture blueprints, guardrails and architectural roadmaps
  • Leading the development of target state architectures and capability models
  • Mentoring and supporting solution architects, engineers and other architecture professionals
  • Representing the business banking division in enterprise-wide architecture forums and working groups
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align architecture with business strategy and priorities

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, as well as experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in enterprise architecture across complex and regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of the business banking domain
  • Proven experience in driving strategic architecture outcomes
  • Experience in architecture governance, stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels
  • Familiarity with industry-standard architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)

Desirable Skills

A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is desirable, as is experience with data and AI/ML solutions.
