Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager Role

Hyatt Centric Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional guest experiences.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and train a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Venues Manager and Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior food and beverage operations role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or premium restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
  • A current Victorian RSA Certificate and relevant food safety certifications.
