Establishing a successful engagement strategy is crucial for any organization seeking to drive outcomes and deliver results.

The role of an EL1 Assistant Director, Engagement requires a unique blend of skills and qualifications. Key responsibilities include understanding engagement strategies and delivery principles, knowledge of government processes and decision-making, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, capacity to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations, and a can-do attitude with a desire to deliver outcomes.

Mandatory requirements include the ability to obtain Baseline Vetting Clearance.
