As a key member of our buying team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing stylish and affordable furniture to homes across Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic products team as a Buyers Administration Assistant. In this position, you'll be responsible for providing essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, on-time product launches, and seamless collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate documents, reports, and spreadsheets for seasonal ranges and launches.
  • Coordinating product samples for meetings, photoshoots, and presentations (including hands-on assembly).
  • Supporting communication with suppliers, including purchase orders and product information requests.
  • Maintaining up-to-date product data, marketing materials, and critical-path timelines.
  • Collaborating with planning, marketing, e-commerce, and visual merchandising teams to share updates and ensure alignment.
  • Assisting with promotional planning and seasonal launches.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We're seeking someone with a keen interest in retail buying, product development, or merchandising. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint a must).
  • HSC Certificate or equivalent (a Certificate or Diploma in Business, Retail, or Design is a plus).
