About This Role

This position involves selecting and managing furniture product ranges tailored to the Sydney/ANZ market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Select, source, and manage furniture product ranges for the ANZ market.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Merchandising team to ensure product assortment, pricing, and strategy align with local consumer preferences and market trends.
  • Conduct market surveys and analyze consumer behavior, demographics, and competitors' activities.
  • Develop strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience as a Buyer or Product Merchandiser in the furniture, home, or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ANZ consumer trends and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in product selection, pricing, and SKU management.
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
