We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant based in Preston.

As an Employment Consultant, you will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them in overcoming barriers to employment and transitioning into the workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers and develop effective strategies to support them in finding sustainable employment.
  • Engage actively with 'work ready' job seekers to secure employment outcomes that meet their needs and goals.
  • Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready, providing them with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and previous experience in achieving business results.

You should be a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful outcomes and make a positive impact on people's lives.
