Early Childhood Educator Position

Casual Educators play a vital role in delivering high-quality early childhood education to children.

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals who possess the necessary skills and qualifications to contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that foster children's physical, social, and emotional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with early childhood education best practices.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors by adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the centre team to achieve goals and objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to early childhood education, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Achieved or currently studying ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check, ensuring a clean police history and ability to work with vulnerable populations.
  • Availability to work casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, accommodating varying schedules and commitments.
  • Flexibility to travel between services when required, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
