As a Part-time or Casual educator at our Outside School Hours Care program, you will be part of a growing team delivering high-quality education and care to school-aged children.
You will provide nurturing care, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and create recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy.
Required Skills and Qualifications- An enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare with the ability to form positive relationships with children and team members.
- Experience gained in Early Childhood or working with children in some capacity.
- The ability to work with your OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement a fun, safe, and engaging program that adheres to laws, regulations, and learning frameworks.
- Current or willingness to obtain first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma certificates and a Working with Children check.
- Multiple educational pathways qualify for this position, including a Bachelor of Arts, Science, or Diploma of Community Services which is equivalent to a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Choose when you work and grow your skills and experience as an educator with our Uniting Early Learning team. In addition to receiving an hourly rate of $27.17 + super + 25% casual loading, access salary packaging benefits for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
