Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and flexible educators to join our team in South and South Eastern Melbourne suburbs.

Whether you're a Cert III or Diploma qualified Educator, this is your moment to shine. As an educator with Tradewind Australia, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of beautiful early learning services, choosing when and where you work to suit your availability and preferences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage children in meaningful play-based learning activities
  • Implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Genuine love for working with children
  • Current WWC + First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma (or willing to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting essential
  • Flexibility and proactive attitude
