Job Title

A challenging and varied role involves operating and maintaining water, sewage, and recycled water infrastructure in a safe and efficient manner.

This position requires the ability to work autonomously or as part of an integrated team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry guidelines, workplace procedures, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain water, sewage, and recycled water schemes safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor plant performance, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal operation.
  • Participate in risk assessments, audits, and other activities to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in operating and maintaining water and/or sewerage treatment plants is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Queensland 'C' Class driver's Licence or above required.
  • Working At Heights, Confined Space, and WHS Construction Induction (White / Blue card) certifications are essential.
