About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and mature professional to join our trade store team based in Singleton NSW.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the presentation standards of the trade store, including merchandising and restocking
  • Inform customers about new product ranges and services
  • Understand customer sales history and identify their requirements proactively
  • Action customer requests in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
  • Take ownership of all customer interactions
  • Perform some warehouse duties and lifting may be required
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Applicants with advanced knowledge of CRM programs highly regarded
  • A forward-thinking individual who can think outside the box
  • Retail experience and industry knowledge advantageous but not essential
