Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a mature and reliable **Customer Care Consultant **to join our high performing Trade Store team based in **Singleton NSW.**

**Casual - 38hrs a week**

**This is an Indigenous

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Previous experience in a trade, retail or similar environment is an advantage but not essential
- Housekeeping is important to us You will need to keep an organised shop and hazard-free warehouse area
- Be comfortable with the use of computers and POS systems
- Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 20kg)
- Follow safety requirements on all OHS matters

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Ability to work in a customer focused, successful retail business
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Singleton NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
