About our Medical Workforce Coordination role
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for a fixed-term position within our organisation.
This role will manage the onboarding, day-to-day queries, and rostering of Junior Medical Staff, including Hospital Medical Officers, Career Medical Officers, and Registrars.
The position requires strong capabilities in administrative and operational processes.

Job Overview
  • Type: Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with monthly ADO, Fixed Term Parental Leave position.
  • Part-time applications will be considered for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process of Junior Medical Staff.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day queries and rostering of Junior Medical Staff.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Health or Business Administration or equivalent (or willingness to undertake it).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
