The Payments team is responsible for developing a critical system that enables millions of users to access credit card, debit card, and bank accounts. This role requires expertise in building scalable and resilient systems that can evolve quickly with the business.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams in fast-paced environments, coaching and developing people, and driving technical vision within the domain. You will participate in technical development and maintenance of software development standards, undergo performance reviews, and proactively manage issues to avoid bigger problems later.

Key qualifications include experience leading teams, passion for coaching and people development, and strong stakeholder management skills. Additionally, you should be outcome-focused and collaborative, with a passion for adding to and growing an organisation's engineering culture.
