Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in shaping the digital experience for public-facing websites.

As a strategic thinker, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design, execute, and measure web-based campaigns that drive growth and engagement across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for campaigns and content that support clients, prospects, governments, industry partners, and portfolio companies.
  • Oversee web changes, monitor performance, and optimize for better results.
  • Work closely with investment managers, senior sales leaders, marketing experts, and content delivery partners.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Growth Marketing team, with experience in web-based campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
  • Understanding of web best practices, UX/UI design, SEO, CRO, web performance, copywriting, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience with tools like Figma, AEM, Google Analytics, SEMrush.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance, communicating outcomes, and adapting strategies.
