Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement content management strategies, design engaging digital experiences, and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for managing multiple websites, creating and refining web content, ensuring user-friendly designs, and optimal digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement new web pages and structures as necessary, developing and supporting content creation and review, and staying current in industry trends and best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into website wireframes and user-centric improvements to site functionality.
  • Develop and support content creation and review, ensuring websites align with strategic goals and enhance user engagement.
  • Stay current in industry trends, website structure, content, and design strategy, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Utilise performance monitoring and analysis to provide advice and recommendations for content optimisation and improvements for websites and SEO strategies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field is required. At least 3 years of experience in a website management or digital content role, proficiency in CMS platforms, and an understanding of HTML/CSS basics are essential. Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools, experience with design tools, and basic understanding of JavaScript and/or web hosting environments are also desired.
