Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Care Support Worker at our brand-new, state-of-the-art residential care facility in Turvey Park.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional personal care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day personal care activities with a focus on delivering a high standard of direct care to residents.
  • Administer medications as delegated and complete documentation using our business systems.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members regarding changes or feedback.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to meet the needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related field.
  • Experience working in aged care or a similar environment.
  • Availability to work varied shifts across multiple days.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to update resident progress notes accurately.
  • Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, visa, etc.).
  • A valid police check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people within the last 12 months.
  • Current COVID vaccination.
