">The Opportunity
">We are currently seeking a highly skilled Somali speaking Support Worker to join our team in Wiley Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities in various aspects of their daily lives, including personal care, hygiene, and participation in activities outside the home environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Providing support with everyday daily activities around the home, such as meal preparation and assistance with medication compliance">
- Assisting with personal care, including hygiene and grooming">
- Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and connection">
- Assisting with transportation to appointments and other destinations">
About You
">To be successful in this role, you will possess relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support, hold current First aid/CPR certification, and have experience working with individuals with disabilities. Fluency in Somali is also essential, as you will be required to communicate effectively with clients who speak Somali as their primary language.

Working Hours
">This full-time position offers flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle needs, with options available from 9am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
