Business Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within our organisation, focused on driving business growth and development.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new opportunities to expand our presence in the market. You will work closely with the sales team to build relationships with existing and potential customers, and develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in business development or sales, preferably in the mining or heavy machinery industry. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and ambitious mindset.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
