About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lean Manufacturing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and drive Lean implementation across our Refinery and Coining Division.

You will be based in East Perth, but your time will be split evenly between sites. As a successful candidate, you will be stepping into a role that's ready for momentum.

This role requires a confident approach, effective coaching, great influencing and motivating skills, and the ability to lead positive change to improve productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, backed by a Lean Management certification or Six Sigma Black Belt. They should have 5+ years' experience as a Lean Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results through process improvement, optimisation, and cultural transformation.
