Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our factory personnel in aligning with production priorities.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities of factory personnel to align with production priorities and achieve business objectives.
  • Hold pre-shift meetings each day before the shift to ensure all team members understand tasks and expectations.
  • Collaborate with procurement team to ensure required materials are available for efficient production.
  • Review and analyze production drawings to assist factory personnel in completing tasks efficiently.
  • Work closely with management to ensure planned production is being met and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze and develop productive systems and procedures to enable an efficient workforce.
  • Coordinate factory personnel daily shift hours with management.
  • Identify and advise management of continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of 15–25 personnel, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging open communication.

About You
  • Previous experience in precast concrete production is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a real “can-do” attitude and high levels of enthusiasm for achieving results.
  • Experienced in working within a team environment and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require physical effort.
  • Must have full working rights within Australia.
