We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the delivery of social support programs across three community centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing high-quality programs that cater to the needs of older adults.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leading and developing community service teams, with excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills. They will also possess a deep understanding of aged care quality standards, CHSP and NDIS requirements.
