Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert administrative support to the real estate team, enabling the branch to develop and foster professional relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising, contracts, and providing property management assistance.
- Accurately record funds, complete trust fund transfers, and support the debt collection process.
- Create promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders Rural brand.
- Work with the Elders Rural team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
- Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Support Officer.
