About the Trade Counter Sales/Delivery Driver Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Counter Sales/Delivery Driver to join our team in Mount Gambier. As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you will play a vital role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with their building and renovation projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and information about products to our customers.
  • Offer quotes both in person and over the phone to meet our customers' needs.
  • Undertake pick, pack, and stock control activities to ensure our branch runs smoothly.
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong background in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for helping customers.
  • The ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and provide accurate information.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A clean, valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • A desire to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or at head office.
