Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Valet Service Ambassador. As the face of our high-end service, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer's arrival and departure experience is exceptional.

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities including greeting customers with a warm welcome, providing professional valet services, and offering expert knowledge of the airport precinct to enhance their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class service to customers by greeting and welcoming them while offering a professional valet service.
  • Attend to customer needs by ensuring a positive and memorable experience is provided.
  • Offer expert knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customers' queries regarding airport amenities and other available services.
  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle.
  • Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles.
  • Organise and file paperwork relating to customers' vehicles and daily transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-first attitude.
  • Holding a full manual VIC driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and attend to several customers at once.
  • Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including overnight shift work.
